At Sonné Wellness Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Returns
• We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at elina@sonnesalud.com, and we will find the best solution to replace your product.
4. Shipping
• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
